Overview

EN ISO 19893:2018 (ISO 19893:2011) defines a standardized test method for the resistance of mounted assemblies to temperature cycling in thermoplastics piping systems for hot and cold water. It applies to rigid and flexible thermoplastics pipes and fittings used in pressurized hot and cold water applications and is intended to verify joint and assembly performance under repeated thermal stress.
