EN ISO 9801:2009 - Ophthalmic instruments - Trial case lenses (ISO 9801:2009) specifies requirements and test methods for mounted ophthalmic trial case lenses used to determine the refractive error of the eye. Adopted by CEN as EN ISO 9801:2009, this standard covers full- and reduced-aperture trial lenses, their optical tolerances, mechanical construction, surface quality and marking. Where differences exist, ISO 9801:2009 takes priority over ISO 15004‑1.
