Abstract

Overview

ISO 11626:2024 specifies a standardized laboratory and online test method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in natural gas using a ultraviolet (UV) absorption technique. The method applies to H2S concentrations in natural gas in the range 1 mg/m3 to 50 mg/m3 and defines instrument requirements, sampling, calibration, analysis and quality assurance procedures to produce traceable, comparable results.
