Overview
ISO 23434-2:2021 - Industrial trucks - Sustainability - Part 2: Factors and reporting defines a set of sustainability factors and provides an example reporting format for industrial trucks across their life cycle. It applies from acquisition of raw materials, through design, production, transportation/delivery and use, to end-of-life treatment and final disposal (per ISO 5053-1). The standard helps manufacturers and users communicate consistent, comparable sustainability information for trucks.
