ISO/TS 20746:2016 - "Dentistry - Determination of the strength of dental amalgam by the Hertzian indentation strength (HIT) method" provides practical, repeatable procedures for measuring the strength of dental amalgam using the Hertzian indentation strength (HIT) test.
