BS EN 12814‑8 is one of a multi-series standard that provides the requirements for tests on welded thermoplastics semi-finished products. BS EN 12814‑8 provides guidelines on selecting of the appropriate test methods in accordance with the particular type and application of the welded product. The test results depend on the conditions of manufacture for the test specimen and on the test conditions.
