Electrical connectors are used to join electrical conductors to create an electrical circuit. BS EN 50049-1 defines the interconnection characteristics of peritelevision devices, both between themselves and with television receivers (monochrome or colour). BS EN 50049-1 covers interconnections that are at baseband (video and audio) or digital signals.
