What is BS EN 60286-6 – Bulk case packaging about?
BS EN 60286-6 is the sixth part of an international standard that deals with packaging of components for automatic handling. BS EN 60286-6 is applicable to bulk case packaging capable of containing surface mounting components. The bulk case is designed to transport and store components and supply components directly or by an appropriate feeder to the placement machine. BS EN 60286-6 is useful to avoid the handling damage of surface mounting components. The bulk case is attached to the automatic handling machine using a coupling interface.
