ISO/IEC 33003:2015 sets out requirements for process measurement frameworks for use in process assessment: it (a) establishes requirements for process measurement frameworks in the context of process assessment, (b) establishes requirements for the validation of process measurement frameworks for use in process assessment, and (c) establishes requirements applicable to process measurement frameworks that develop composite measures across domains. The standard is applicable to frameworks developed for any process quality characteristic across all application domains.
