Overview
EN ISO 1269:2006 - Plastics - Homopolymer and copolymer resins of vinyl chloride - Determination of volatile matter (including water) - defines two validated laboratory methods to measure the volatile matter (including water) content in vinyl chloride resins (PVC homopolymers and copolymers). The standard is published by ISO and adopted by CEN (EN ISO 1269:2006) and is used for quality control, material specification and compliance testing of thermoplastic vinyl chloride resins.
