EN ISO 20023:2018 - published by CEN and identical to ISO 20023:2018 - defines principles and requirements for the safe handling and storage of wood pellets in residential and other small-scale applications. The standard covers the full small-scale supply chain: loading and requirements for delivery trucks, delivery connections to the end‑user store, delivery processes, and the design and construction of pellet storage systems.
