Overview

EN ISO 787-10:1995 defines standardized pycnometer methods for determining the density of pigments and extenders. The part describes two pycnometer-based procedures (Method A and Method B), common sampling and result expression, plus required apparatus and step-by-step procedure. The standard supports reliable, reproducible density data for quality control, formulation and material specification.
