Overview
IEC 60974-14:2018 - Arc welding equipment, Part 14 - defines requirements and practical procedures for the calibration, validation and consistency testing (collectively “verification”) of arc welding and external monitoring equipment. Applicable at installation and at user-determined intervals, this standard verifies that welding power sources, wire feeders and monitoring instruments operate to manufacturer specifications or other user-defined requirements. The January 2022 corrigendum is included in this edition.
