Overview
IEC 61084-2-2:2017 is an international standard published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It defines the particular requirements for cable trunking systems (CTS) and cable ducting systems (CDS) intended for electrical installations mounted underfloor, flushfloor, or onfloor. This standard specifically excludes cable trunking or ducting systems mounted on walls or supported by floors, as well as other cable management types such as conduit, cable trays, cable ladders, or power tracks.
