IEC 62236-3-2:2018 - Railway applications - Electromagnetic compatibility - Part 3-2: Rolling stock - Apparatus - sets out EMC emission and immunity requirements for electrical and electronic apparatus intended for use on railway rolling stock. This third edition (2018) is focused on the integration of apparatus on rolling stock, defining limits and test methods for conducted and radiated disturbances across a very wide frequency range (DC to 400 GHz). The standard is intended to ensure that onboard equipment neither interferes with, nor is unacceptably affected by, other railway systems or external radio sources.
