Overview
ISO 10159:2011 - "Health informatics - Messages and communication - Web access reference manifest" defines a logical manifest format to support safe, consistent sharing of clinical documents and their referenced web-accessible objects between different clinical (computational) domains. The standard specifies how to package a referencing document, the referenced objects (as files) and a manifest so that a target IT system can locally access and display referenced objects even when server URIs differ between source and target domains.
