ISO 10247:1990/Amd 1:2006 is an amendment to the international standard that defines the classification of conveyor belt cover characteristics. Amendment 1 clarifies the standard's scope by explicitly stating that it is not applicable to light conveyor belts as defined in ISO 21183-1. The amendment also adds ISO 21183-1 to the bibliographical references in Annex A. The change was prepared by ISO/TC 41 (Pulleys and belts), Subcommittee SC 3 (Conveyor belts).
