ISO 10841:1996 - Aircraft - Catering vehicle for large capacity aircraft - Functional requirements - defines the functional, performance and safety requirements for catering vehicles fitted with a liftable van body used to load and unload catering equipment and supplies on large capacity aircraft in international civil air transport.
