Overview
ISO 14233:2003 - "Dentistry - Polymer-based die materials" defines compositional, performance, testing, packaging and user‑information requirements for polymer‑based die materials used in dentistry. The standard applies to die materials whose principal constituent is a polymeric matrix (epoxy, polyurethane or acrylate-based) and is intended primarily for producing laboratory casts from dental impressions for the manufacture of fixed or removable restorations.
