Overview
ISO 15014:2007 - Plastics - Extruded sheets of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) - Requirements and test methods - specifies requirements and laboratory test methods for solid, flat extruded PVDF sheets (homopolymers and copolymers) without fillers or reinforcements. The standard also covers PVDF sheets supplied in rolled form and applies to nominal thicknesses from 1 mm to 15 mm. It defines acceptance criteria for appearance, dimensions, mechanical and thermal properties, and methods for sampling and testing.

- Material scope: PVDF extrusion materials per ISO 12086‑1; additives such as stabilizers and colorants are allowed but no fillers/reinforcements.
- Appearance: Sheets must be substantially free from bubbles, voids, cracks and visible defects; colorants should be uniformly distributed.

- Thickness tolerance formula: |Δh| ≤ (0.08 mm + 0.03 × h) where h is nominal thickness.

- Shrinkage on heating: Limits and test methods follow the principles of ISO 11501. For general use, maximum shrinkage in the extrusion direction is
