ISO 20121:2024 – Event sustainability management systems (Overview)
ISO 20121:2024 specifies requirements and provides guidance for an event sustainability management system (ESMS) applicable to any type of event or event-related activity. The second edition updates the first (2012) and aligns the structure with ISO’s harmonized management-system framework, placing stronger emphasis on environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts.
