Overview
ISO 22876:2021 - Tourism and related services - Bareboat charter - Supplementary charter services and experiences - defines minimum requirements for additional services and experiences offered with bareboat charters. Published in 2021 by ISO/TC 228, the standard complements ISO 20410 (which covers minimum service and equipment requirements for the bareboat itself) by focusing on the extra services that improve safety, accessibility and customer satisfaction. It applies to any individual or organization acting as a charter provider, but excludes boats without living accommodation or boats hired only as stationary accommodation. ISO 22876:2021 does not set construction requirements for equipment.
