ISO 24099:2011 - Navigation data delivery structures and protocols defines the data structures and temporal protocols used in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) for delivering and updating map-related data from a Service Centre (SC) to In‑vehicle Systems (IVS). The standard covers message generation at the Service Centre and message reception at the IVS, and it supports delivery modes such as full replacements, incremental updates, and updates by geographic area.
