Overview
ISO 29581-1:2009 - Cement - Test methods - Part 1: Analysis by wet chemistry specifies standardized wet-chemistry procedures for the chemical analysis of cement and its constituent materials. The standard defines reference methods and, where indicated, alternative methods that may be considered equivalent. Other analytical techniques may be used only if calibrated against the reference methods or internationally accepted reference materials. In case of dispute, only the reference methods are authoritative.
