Overview
ISO 6369:2023 - "Ice makers for commercial use - Classification, requirements and test conditions" specifies standardized methods to measure the energy consumption, water consumption, ice production capacity and the harvested ice characteristics of commercial ice makers with built-in condensing units. The standard applies to self-contained and modular commercial ice makers and covers both batch-type and continuous-type machines. It does not apply to ice makers intended for household appliances or to machines with remote condensing units.
