ISO 7241:2023 specifies the dimensions and basic performance requirements for two widely used series of hydraulic quick-action couplings used in hydraulic fluid power systems. The document covers interface dimensions, mechanical and hydraulic performance (rated and burst pressures, flow rates, pressure drop, fluid loss), endurance testing and special requirements for agricultural applications. This second edition replaces ISO 7241:2014 and includes updates such as revised nominal size designations (e.g., 19, 38, 51), addition of an impulse pressure test requirement (ISO 6803), and minor corrections and graphical updates.
