ISO 8092-1:1996 - "Road vehicles - Connections for on-board electrical wiring harnesses - Part 1: Tabs for single-pole connections" defines the dimensions and specific requirements for tabs used in single‑pole automotive connectors. It covers the tab geometries that mate with female contacts used in on‑board wiring harnesses and applies to connectors that may be disconnected after vehicle installation for repair or maintenance.
