Overview
ISO 8404:2021 defines standardized angle pins used in diecasting dies and moulding tools. The fourth edition specifies the basic dimensions (in millimetres), material requirements and hardness, and a consistent designation system for four types of angle pins:

- Type C - angle pins with external thread
