Overview
ISO/IEC 10164-4:1992/Amd 1:1995 is an amendment to the OSI Systems Management standard for the Alarm Reporting Function. It adds implementation conformance statement (ICS) proformas - structured tables and questionnaires - that document the mandatory and optional management information items for alarm reporting. The amendment helps profile specifiers and suppliers to explicitly state supported capabilities so implementations can interoperate.
