Overview
ISO/IEC 14776-362:2006 - Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) Part 362: Multimedia commands-2 (MMC-2) specifies the SCSI command set extensions used to access multimedia features on optical and other media devices. Known as MMC-2, this International Standard extends SCSI for CD/DVD device models, feature and profile definitions, mode pages, detailed command descriptions (read, write, format, control), error reporting and compliance requirements for interfaces such as ATAPI and SBP-2.
