Overview
ISO/PRF 22965-1:2025 - Concrete - Part 1: Methods of specifying and guidance for the specifier - provides a framework for preparing concrete specifications and for the exchange of information between the specifier and the supplier. Intended mainly for countries without an existing national concrete standard, it can also be used for project-level specifications that supplement local rules. The document covers concrete for in‑situ casting, pre‑cast structures and pre‑cast products, including ready‑mixed and site‑mixed concrete, and applies to normal‑weight, heavy‑weight and light‑weight concrete compacted to retain only entrained air.
