Overview
ISO/TS 11869:2012 (IDF/RM 150:2012) specifies a potentiometric method for determining the titratable acidity of fermented milk products. It covers natural, flavoured and fruit yoghurts, drinking yoghurts, fresh cheese (with/without fruit), buttermilk and similar cultured dairy products.
