Overview
ISO/TS 17451-2:2017 - Packaging - Codification of contents for inventories for shipments of household goods and personal effects - Part 2 - specifies a common XML messaging structure (Inventory XSD) for electronic transmission of inventory data. The Technical Specification defines a single XML document per shipment (land, sea or air) and is intended to be implemented by moving companies, forwarders, logistics software vendors and external partners to enable language-agnostic, machine-readable exchange of household-goods and personal-effects inventories.
