PD CEN/TR 16148 is a technical report on head and neck impact, burn and noise injury criteria that provides guidance for CEN helmet standards committees to ensure protection for workers against workplace hazards. PD CEN/TR 16148 is designed to provide information to convenors that will help in choosing test limits in relation to a particular injury type and severity. It is worth noting that accident investigators use a scale known as the Abbreviated Injury Scale, AIS (AAAM).
