Overview
EN ISO 2286-2:2016 specifies standardized laboratory methods for measuring the total mass per unit area, the mass per unit area of the coating, and the mass per unit area of the substrate of rubber- or plastics-coated fabrics. Part of the ISO 2286 series on roll characteristics, this document defines sampling, test-piece preparation, conditioning, measurement and calculation procedures used by manufacturers, test laboratories and specifiers to quantify key material properties.
