Overview
EN ISO 2338:1997 (ISO 2338:1997) specifies the characteristics, dimensions and basic requirements for parallel pins (cylindrical pins) made of unhardened steel and austenitic stainless steel. The standard covers nominal diameters from 0.6 mm to 50 mm and a commercially used series of nominal lengths. It is a product standard widely used by designers, manufacturers and purchasers of fasteners and locating elements.
