EN ISO 6806:2024 - Rubber hoses and hose assemblies for use in oil burners specifies minimum requirements for rubber hoses and hose assemblies intended for oil burner installations. Published by CEN as the European adoption of ISO 6806:2024, this edition supersedes EN ISO 6806:2017 and defines construction, dimensions, performance tests and marking for two hose assembly types used with liquid fuel burners.

- Nominal inside diameters covered: 5 to 25 mm (sizes follow ISO 1307). Inside diameter and tolerances conform to ISO 1307.
- Minimum bend radii increase with size (e.g., 50 mm at DN 5 up to 165 mm at DN 25).
- Minimum lining thickness 1.7 mm and cover thickness 1.3 mm (measured per ISO 4671).

- Hydrostatic tests: proof pressure and burst pressure (ISO 1402).
- Oil swell (ISO 1817), external pressure, low‑temperature flexibility (ISO 10619‑2), flammability, ozone resistance (cover only, ISO 7326) and pressure impulse testing.
